- At the National Sports Gala of the Netherlands Shorttrack coach Jeroen Otter is awarded the title Coach of the Year of the Netherlands. This award is based on the results he received in the past years with the National shorttrack team of the Netherlands a.o. at the Olympic Wintergames.
